Tail Assembly Jigs
Design and manufacture of jigs for the assembly of the tail unit of the MС-21 aircraft.
Improved assembly quality and increased productivity were achieved. Hydraulic lifts were integrated to ensure safe and efficient work at any height.

Final Assembly Jigs
Design and manufacture of the assembly platform for the MC-21 aircraft (in cooperation with FFT).
High assembly precision and full control of geometric parameters of components were ensured.

Final Assembly Jigs
Design and manufacture of workstations for IL-114 assembly.
Custom-designed workstations were produced for serial assembly. Up to 20 sets can be manufactured annually. A modern three-tier retractable structure using international technologies was commissioned in June 2025.

Final Assembly Jigs
Design and manufacture of the flow-type final assembly line PLS-76 for the IL-76MD-90A and its modifications.
Implemented Russia’s first flow assembly line for heavy transport and military aircraft. Introduced laser-based jig-free alignment technology, enabling serial production with improved speed and quality.

Wing Jigs
Design and manufacture of an assembly station for the prototype wing-box of the detachable wing section of the CR929 aircraft, including installation and commissioning. 
A unique 26-meter jig was created for assembling a composite structural component. The equipment was successfully manufactured and installed on the first attempt.

Wing Jigs
Design and manufacture of assembly jigs for the front and rear spars of the TVRS-44 aircraft wing.
Enabled the transition from prototype to serial production while maintaining high precision and minimizing costs.
Fuselage Jigs
Design and manufacture of jigs for joining fuselage sections and attaching wings to the fuselage of the IL-114, as well as production of an assembly platform for the same model.
Throughput capacity doubled, enabling production of up to 20 aircraft per year with improved assembly efficiency and quality.

Fuselage Jigs
Design, installation, and commissioning of jigs for the assembly of Tu-214 components.
Modern center section assembly methods were implemented, resulting in a multiple increase in productivity compared to previous technologies.

Door and Hatch Assembly Tooling
Design and manufacture of technological tooling for assembling MC-21 doors.
Project completed in 2023. A competence center for door and hatch assembly was established, including 39 jigs supporting production of over 30 sets per year. Production of doors and hatches for the Superjet New continues.

Assembly Fixtures
Design and manufacture of an assembly fixture for the central part of the airframe (section 3). 
Developed modern tooling for central component assembly using an enhanced joining method.

Automotive industry
For more than two decades, ROST NN has been developing and manufacturing assembly jig and fixture tooling for the automotive industry, implementing dozens of comprehensive engineering solutions. 
We have created robotic systems for welding and assembling car bodies, connecting chassis, as well as systems for transporting and installing automotive modules.
Our equipment has been used on production lines for Renault, Ford, UAZ, GAZ, LIAZ and other models.
Our experience in the automotive industry has been the foundation for the company's technical growth in developing high engineering competence since 1998.

Manufactured Products
Design and manufacture of a robotic complex for body welding of Renault Logan, Sandero, and Duster.
Robots replaced manual welding operations. Productivity increased and human error during welding of different models was minimised.

Development and production of a module welding alignment station (front, middle, and rear modules).
A new system with an alignment accuracy of 0.1 mm was developed, enabling precise assembly of previously unreleased models.

Design and manufacture of a robotic body-welding complex for the UAZ Patriot.
An automated body-welding line was developed. Previously performed manually, the process became fully robotic.

Design and manufacture of a robotic chassis-to-body assembly complex for the Volga Siber.
A system with six robots was implemented, providing simultaneous alignment and torque control of every bolt.

Design, manufacture, and installation of overhead portals for welding fixtures — metal structures weighing over 450 tons for the Daimler body-welding shop project.
A unique suspended frame was designed to accommodate heavy equipment, freeing workspace and improving internal logistics.

Design and modernisation of the Renault Logan, Sandero, and Fluence assembly line. Manufacture, replacement, and adjustment of 121 body-suspension sets for the assembly conveyor.
Universal grippers were introduced that automatically identify the vehicle model. Automated body transfer between workshops was implemented via a 2.5 km conveyor reaching up to 27 metres in height.

Design and manufacture of a welded-body storage system for the Ford Sollers plant.
A unique buffer storage system was created for three different body models, featuring intelligent storage management and precise body delivery to assembly.

Design and manufacture of welding jigs for the front and rear sections of buses.
Adjustable jigs with variable geometry were developed for three bus models. Geometric defects were eliminated, glass damage and door jamming were prevented. The equipment paid for itself entirely through paint-consumption savings.

Design and manufacture of a robotic glass-bonding complex for the Volga Siber.
Four robots equipped with laser correction replaced manual labour, reducing defect rate from 25% to 0%.

Conveyor transportation systems of different types
The company also has the capacity to design and manufacture modern equipment for the woodworking and pulp and paper industries, for the production of building materials, mixtures, mineral fertilizers, and waste processing.

We offer a wide range of equipment tailored to customer needs: screw, belt, plate, scraper, and chain conveyors. We design storage systems with dosing and distribution mechanisms.
Telescopic gangways and airfield equipment
ROST NN provides import substitution for Thyssenkrupp AG products and meets the demand for telescopic ramps and airport equipment.
The company is developing a line of ground equipment for airports, including scooters for collecting trolleys, self-propelled trolleys for maneuvering aircraft, and lifting and transport mechanisms.
